I can provide general counselling and emotional support for many of the challenges facing us today.

You are welcome to call me, drop me an email or submit a form.  

​

I will respond to voice messages, emails and forms the next working day at the latest.  If you email over the weekend I will respond on Tuesday (my weekend being Sunday and Monday)

​

I offer a free 20 minute (video or phone) initial consultation whereby we can have a chat and get to know each other a little. 

​

If you would prefer more time I also offer 50 minutes at half my standard rate i.e. £25.

 

I may or may not be who you are looking for and that's ok.  This is completely obligation free.
